Orders, Payments & eCommerce

When you place an order on dcock.in, we collect and process the following information to complete your purchase:

  • Your email address for order confirmation and invoices
  • Payment method and transaction reference number
  • Order details including products, quantities and amounts

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your credit card, debit card, UPI or net banking credentials on our servers. Your payment details are encrypted and handled entirely by Razorpay in accordance with their security standards.

GST & Invoicing: We are required by law to maintain records of all transactions including customer names, addresses and GST information for a period of 7 years as per Indian taxation law.

Order History: Your order history is stored in your account and can be accessed at any time. You may request deletion of your account, but please note that we are required to retain transaction records for legal and tax compliance purposes.

Important: Dcock will never ask for your OTP, CVV or full card number via phone, WhatsApp or email. If you receive such a request, please report it to us immediately at info@dcock.in.

  • Delivery partners — your name, address and phone number are shared with our logistics and courier partners solely for the purpose of delivering your order
